Situated on a private beachfront, our luxurious, quiet, secluded log home provides all the comforts of home while you are vacationing on Vancouver Island. The entire 3000 square feet of West Coast living situated with the Salish Sea right at your door step, is available as an oceanfront vacation home rental. In our open concept living area you can cozy up around the wood stove and play one of the numerous board games that are provided, or wander upstairs for some games and bevvies.

This beach home rental, very near Parksville and Qualicum Beach, sits on its own private property, next door to our Qualicum Breeze Resort property. Together they provide one of the finest vacation rentals on Vancouver Island.

Combined with the adjacent resort we have over 300 feet of secluded beachfront, which is perfect for reunions.

Our vacation accommodation provides all the comforts of home including laundry facilities, full kitchen, barbecue, woodstove, 55″ Smart TV, high speed Internet, board games and air hockey table. You can enjoy kayaking & canoeing, beachcombing, bonfires, clam digging, oyster picking, and salmon fishing or rent a boat and tour the islands. Enjoy sunsets from the rooftop deck with the propane fire pit. View an abundance of marine life including blue herons, bald eagles, seals and many other species.

There are lots of great things to do in Parksville and Qualicum Beach BC, and it’s a quick drive to Coombs (famous for their Goats on the Roof Market), Fanny Bay (world famous oysters), Buckley Bay (and the ferry to Denman and Hornby Islands). It’s only 35 minutes to the Comox Valley to the north, Port Alberni to the West, and Nanaimo to the south.

Whether you are flying in from Alberta, Washington State or places further afield, arriving on Vancouver Island by airplane is easy. Many daily direct flights are available from WestJet, Pacific Coastal Airlines and Harbour Air to Comox or Nanaimo. From either of these airports, direct shuttle service and car rental services are available.

By Ferry

If you are arriving from Vancouver or other Lower Mainland locations, regular ferry service from West Vancouver (Horseshoe Bay) or Tsawwassen is available from BC Ferries to Nanaimo, BC. The crossing time for this trip is approximately 95 minutes.

Alternately, if part of your travels include a visit to Victoria or the southern part of Vancouver Island, regular ferry service from or Tsawwassen is available from BC Ferries to Victoria, BC. The crossing time for this trip is approximately 95 minutes.

If you are arriving from Washington state, the Black Ball Ferry – the M.V. Coho – provides ferry service between Victoria, B.C. on Vancouver Island with Port Angeles, WA. From Victoria, BC

If you are from Victoria or you have started your trip further south on Vancouver Island, travelling by car to Qualicum Breeze Resort is a pleasant and scenic trip. Travel northbound on Highway 19. Once you arrive in Parksville (just 15 minutes north of Nanaimo) you may continue on Highway 19 to Bowser or get on Highway 19A for a more leisurely, scenic, ocean view route of the eastern side of Vancouver Island.

From Nanaimo, BC

If you are from Nanaimo or you have arrived by BC ferries from Vancouver or the Lower Mainland, Qualicum Breeze Resort is just a 45 minute drive northbound on Highway 19 or, once you arrive in Parksville (just 15 minutes north of Nanaimo), you may get on Highway 19A for a more leisurely, scenic, ocean view route of the eastern side of Vancouver Island.

From Courtenay or Comox, BC

If you are from Courtenay or Comox, or you have arrived by airplane from Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, Alberta or other points, Qualicum Breeze Resort is just a 30 minute drive southbound on Highway 19 or you may choose to travel on Highway 19A for a more leisurely, scenic, ocean view route of the eastern side of Vancouver Island.
